Course aims

The course is designed to raise awareness of Mindfulness and how it helps mental wellbeing.  The course will offer opportunities for participants to be mindful and to consider if mindfulness is helpful for everyone.

In 2018 -2019, there were 1,243,344 jobs available in Birmingham with an average salary of £22,540.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course candidates should be able to:

  • Develop an understanding of breathing into the moment
  • Develop awareness of fatigue
  • Raise their awareness of Mindfulness
  • Developing an appreciation of relaxation

  • Anyone who is interested in mental health, wellbeing and their own self-development

Learners require no prior qualifications, only a desire to self-reflect and develop self-awareness combined with a willingness to share their own thoughts within a confidential environment.
