Course aims
The course is designed to raise awareness of Mindfulness and how it helps mental wellbeing. The course will offer opportunities for participants to be mindful and to consider if mindfulness is helpful for everyone.

By the end of the course candidates should be able to:
- Develop an understanding of breathing into the moment
- Develop awareness of fatigue
- Raise their awareness of Mindfulness
- Developing an appreciation of relaxation
