We have a short course starting on Monday 7 December that will help prepare you for this job opportunity.
On successful completion of the course you will have the skills and knowledge necessary to work safely and carry out the required job tasks. You will also have a guarantee of a job interview.
The job
If you are successful and are offered a job you will be provided with

Start date: Monday 7 December 2020. End Date: Tuesday 15 December 2020
Times: 09:30 - 15:00 every day
To be considered for the course you must
- Have your own transport
- Be in receipt of a work-related benefit
- Own a Laptop, tablet or desktop with reliable Wi-Fi connection
- A DBS will need to be carried out when you are offered employment
- Take part in a work placement
- Attend a guaranteed interview
The course which will be delivered online, using Microsoft Teams and will cover:
- Lone Working
- Health & Safety - Level 1
- Customer Service
- Importance of confidentiality
- Respecting people’s homes
- Managing difficult conversations
- Allergies
