As a Head of Curriculum Development and Employer Engagement. You will lead, on cross-curricular development, alignment and innovation across BAES in creating and building communities of learning, upskilling citizens for work, life and community participation in Birmingham.

With a proven record of successful leadership and management in a post 16 education environment you will market the service and grow strategic partnerships to ensure the service delivers on internal progression, external destination and income generative objectives with a value-for-money, flexible and responsive curriculum offer. Teacher – Community Learning / Non-funded Programmes (Sessional)

Programme Manager

Permanent | Grade 4 - £30,151 - £37,261 (Pro rata) | Hours: 14.3 hrs per week (2 days a week)

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, well-qualified, innovative and inspiring Programme Manager in Digital Skills who will be led by the Head of Faculty for Digital Skills and will work closely with a team of Programme Managers across all faculties to shape and create a vibrant digital skills curriculum offer that meets local need, while ensuring the experience of every learner is the best that it can be. Teacher - Adult Skills Programmes (Salaried)

Permanent | Grade 3 - £23,194 - £29,438 | Hours: 36.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit highly motivated, well-qualified, innovative and inspiring salaried teachers in Digital Skills (Basic IT to Level 3 IT including programming language (Python), graphic design and digital marketing. Employability skills and Health and Social Care provision in counselling, mentoring, supporting teaching & learning and early years educators. Employability and Work Placement Officer

Permanent |  Grade 3 - £23,194 - £29,438 | Hours: 36.5 hours per week 

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, individual who will develop and coordinate new relations with employers that lead to cross-curriculum pre-employment, SWAP and in-employment courses in any sector as required by employers. You will support employability learners to find employment on completion of the programme and visit and monitor work placements where requested. (Closing Date: 19 June 2023)
